Andrew W. Kirby brings a wealth of experience and expertise as a founding partner at Conway & Kirby, PLLC. Since 2014, Andy has served as lead trial attorney for the firm, as well as managing a staff of experienced and talented litigators and support staff.
Throughout his career, Andy has specialized in serious personal injury litigation, successfully advocating on behalf of numerous individuals who have suffered injuries due to negligence. His exceptional skills have resulted in multiple multi-million dollar jury verdicts and recoveries. Recognized for his trial prowess, Andy is a member of the prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a distinction held by less than one percent of practicing trial attorneys nationwide.
Beyond his professional achievements, Andy is committed to making a positive impact in his community. He served as a Town Prosecutor for ten years and was elected as a Town Justice for the Town of Bethlehem in 2013. Andy is an active member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Elizabeth A. Graziane

Ms. Graziane is a highly accomplished personal injury attorney with over two decades of experience in successfully litigating various cases, including medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, motor vehicle accidents, and premise liability. Holding a Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management, she brings a diverse skill set to her practice.
Admitted to the New York State Bar and authorized to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Western, and Southern Districts of New York, Ms. Graziane also holds the esteemed distinction of being admitted to practice before The United States Supreme Court. Additionally, she is licensed to practice law in the State of Massachusetts.
As a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Ms. Graziane stands among the top trial lawyers in the nation. Her expertise and dedication have earned her recognition in the legal community.
With a commitment to both her clients and the legal profession, Ms. Graziane has served on the Board of Directors for the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. She is also a member of The American Association of Justice and The Albany County Bar Association.

Dana M. Boniewski
Senior Associate
Dana Boniewski is a highly skilled civil litigation attorney at Conway & Kirby, PLLC. Her journey in the legal field began as a paralegal, which propelled her to pursue a Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School. This unique background provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the law, from intake to verdict.
Since her admission to the New York State Bar and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2001, Ms. Boniewski has been actively practicing law. She is authorized to practice in the federal courts of the Northern and Southern Districts of New York, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Additionally, she is a valued member of the New York State Bar Association.
With expertise spanning various civil and criminal matters, Ms. Boniewski focuses primarily on civil litigation at Conway & Kirby, PLLC. Her practice involves representing plaintiffs in medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
In addition to her legal work, Ms. Boniewski serves as an elected Board Member of Hunger Solutions New York, a nonprofit organization dedicated to eradicating hunger by uniting policies and programs.
